Leave Your Blueprint…
These past few days have been heavyyyyy. The kind of heavy that makes you pause, sit with yourself, and realize some things you’ve been overlooking. Clarity has been setting in for me. I’m starting to understand how important it is to document your life to tell your story because whether we realize it or not, it becomes a blueprint. It’s advice, guidance, and even a warning for the generations coming behind us. Our experiences matter. The way we’ve navigated challenges, found solutions, adjusted to change all of that needs to be left behind so someone else can use it to light their way. The world is moving fast. Everything is advancing, shifting, sometimes in directions that make you stop and question humanity altogether. But if we don’t record what’s happening and how we got through it, how will the next generation know? I use to wonder what my purpose was. For so long, I thought it had to be something big, loud, and obvious. But the more I live, the more I see it’s actually in the storytelling. It’s in leaving pieces of yourself behind for others to learn from, be inspired by, or even warned about. Tell your truth. Even if it feels small, even if it’s messy, even if you think no one cares because one day someone will. And that “someone” might be the exact person who needed it to keep going. So write it down. Speak it out. Record it. Leave your mark. The story of your life is the legacy you hand over.
